Fulton Bay Seafood is open Wednesday-Saturday. NOTE: Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate, so please call ahead for availability of live crabs. In addition to the Crab Shack, The Seafood Express offers a full line of fresh seafood and local produce. You may choose from a variety of whole fish that will be cleaned as you wait, or choose from a variety of fresh fillets, pan dressed fish, shrimp, oysters, scallops, & clams. A good selection of quality frozen products are also available - Jumbo Snow Crab, Georgia Soft Shell Crabs, Crabmeat Stuffing, Squid & Octopus, Individual and bulk packed Fish Fillets, Frog Legs, Alligator Meat and seasonal items such as Turtle Meat and Mullet Red and White Roe.
